The Executive Director is responsible for the day-to-day management of Pilgrims activities and supporting the Board of Directors. The Executive Director is also the primary contact to Pilgrims for donors, prospective and existing recipient organizations, and local chapters.

The Development Director is responsible for the planning and execution of Pilgrims’ fundraising strategies. The Development Director is also, in conjunction with the Executive Director, responsible for the development of newsletters, fund appeals, and maintaining the Pilgrims’ web site.
